We want you to love what you ordered! At Pantheon Active, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please email returns@pantheonactive.com, and we will facilitate the process. 


HOW IT WORKS

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are free; however, if multiple exchanges are requested, any subsequent shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • We only allow even exchanges for the same item in a different color or size.

  • Once the returned items have been received and inspected in our warehouse, a refund confirmation (for refunds) or a shipping notification (for exchanges) will be sent to you. The refund amount will post to your credit or debit card within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any potential fraud or abuse of our policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.


ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION

  • Unworn, unwashed, in new condition

  • With original packaging

  • No strong scents, pet hair, or stains 


WHAT CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit and can be exchanged.

  • Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Gift cards are not refundable.

  • Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been worn or damaged.

  • We are unable to accept return packages shipped more than 2 weeks after the return/exchange was originally approved. This helps us manage inventory, maintain quality, and continue to offer the best possible service.


HOW TO START A RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Email returns@pantheonactive.com

  2. Include the order number, name, and email address associated with the order, as well as the reason for the return/exchange

  3. Let us know if you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange

  4. If you want an exchange, let us know the item, color, and size

  5. Our customer care team will follow up with next steps


WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG?

If the item you received is not as expected, please email us photos within 7 days of receipt. We are committed to creating clothing that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we will work with you to find a solution.
